Roostar Base and Pro subscriptions currently include a 5-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you should not be charged for the first paid period. Once a paid billing period begins, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we choose to make an exception.
1. Trial period
If your plan includes a free trial, the trial lasts for the period shown at checkout. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first paid monthly charge.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel through the billing portal or by using the billing controls made available to you. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically generate a refund for charges that have already been processed.
3. After the first paid charge
Once your subscription converts to a paid billing period or renews into a new paid billing period, amounts paid are generally non-refundable. This includes situations where you choose not to use the product, do not complete setup, or experience losses in your own trading activity.
4. Exceptions
We may review refund requests in limited situations, such as:
- Duplicate charges.
- Material billing errors caused by us.
- Unauthorized charges confirmed after reasonable review.
- Cases where a refund is required by applicable law.
5. What is not refundable
- Trading losses or missed trading opportunities.
- Claims based on third-party Discord servers, Discord channel owners, signal providers, brokers, or other third-party services not controlled by Sun Ryse Software LLC.
- Charges after a completed free-trial conversion, except where required by law.
- Partially used billing periods.
- Delays or limitations caused by brokers, Discord, internet issues, or third-party services outside our control.
6. How to request a review
Send your request to support@sunrysetech.com from the email address associated with your Roostar account. Include your full name, the subscription plan, the charge date, and a short explanation of the issue.
