Roostar is licensed, not sold. Your subscription grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the software under these terms and your plan limits.
1. License grant
Subject to these Terms, your subscription, and applicable law, Sun Ryse Software LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Roostar for your own internal business or personal trading workflows.
2. Restrictions
- You may not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute Roostar except as we expressly permit in writing.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works except where non-waivable law permits it.
- You may not remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
- You may not share access beyond the limits of your subscription tier or bypass technical restrictions.
3. Third-party services and names
Roostar interoperates with third-party services selected by users. Roostar is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Discord, any Discord server owner, any Discord channel owner, any alert provider, any broker, X/Twitter, or any other third-party platform unless we expressly say so in writing. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Updates and cloud features
Your subscription may include updates, website access, billing access, and cloud-connected features. We may modify, improve, or discontinue product features, provided that doing so does not reduce any rights required by law.
5. Termination
This license terminates automatically if your subscription expires or is terminated, or if you violate the Terms or this License Agreement. On termination, you must stop using Roostar and delete copies within your control, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate recordkeeping.
